Returns from the EU and Rest of the World
Please email support@nuchido.com to notify our team that you are making a return. Unauthorized returns may not be received back into the warehouse.
Return the stock unopened to the following address:

- It can take a week or so for our warehouse to process a return as they need to check the stock for quality before they can book it back into stock
- Please email a copy of the postage receipt as proof of postage to the relevant email address
- Refunds cannot be made in the event of stock being lost in transit
- Please note that we can’t refund delivery/ shipping charges
- On confirmation of the stock being booked back in with no issues, we will issue a refund to the original method of payment
