  • CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER? To make sure you receive your order as soon as possible, we will start processing your order as soon as we receive it. This means that once your order has been placed, you will be unable to cancel or edit it.

  • CAN I RETURN MY ORDER AND GET A REFUND? We will refund your original payment method if stock is returned unopened and undamaged within 30 days of purchase.

Unauthorized returns may not be received back into the warehouse.

Returns from the EU and Rest of the World

Please email support@nuchido.com to notify our team that you are making a return. Unauthorized returns may not be received back into the warehouse.

Return the stock unopened to the following address:

  • It can take a week or so for our warehouse to process a return as they need to check the stock for quality before they can book it back into stock
  • Please email a copy of the postage receipt as proof of postage to the relevant email address
  • Refunds cannot be made in the event of stock being lost in transit
  • Please note that we can’t refund delivery/ shipping charges
  • On confirmation of the stock being booked back in with no issues, we will issue a refund to the original method of payment
CAN I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?

If you are signed up to a subscription, you can cancel and manage your subscription by logging into your account.

To can your subscription

  • Log into account.
  • Select ‘Manage Subscriptions’ from the menu across the top of the page.
  • Now choose ‘Manage Subscriptions’ from the menu on the right.
  • Click on ‘Manage subscriptions’ link below the product name.
  • At the bottom of this page you can now click on ‘Cancel subscription’
CAN I SKIP OR AMEND MY ORDER DATE?

Yes, you have full flexibility over your Nuchido TIME+ subscription - you can pause, skip or amend delivery dates.

To ‘skip’ or amend your order date:

  • Log into account.
  • Select ‘Manage Subscriptions’ from the menu across the top of the page.
  • You will see when your next order is due. Select ‘View upcoming orders’ from the menu on the right.
  • Now you can click on ‘skip’ if you want to miss an order. You will be prompted to confirm this action.
  • If you want to choose your next order date, click on ‘edit’.
  • Now click on the link below the product name – ‘Manage this subscription’. Next select the ‘Reschedule’ button. Here you can delay by one or two weeks, or choose a specific date.
  • Once chosen please remember to select ‘Save changes’.
CAN I CHANGE MY ADDRESS OR PAYMENT INFORMATION?

To update address and payment details:

  • Log into account.
  • Select ‘Manage Subscriptions’ from the menu across the top of the page.
  • From the menu on the right click on ‘Address & payment details’
  • Firstly you can update ‘Your info’ – email address, telephone number, name change – by clicking on the ‘Edit your details’ button.
  • If you need to update your address, select the ‘Manage address’ tab. You can edit a current address or add a new address, by clicking on ‘Add a new address’.
  • Finally you can update your card details by selecting ‘Manage payment methods’. Here you can remove old card details and add new card details.
