ABOUT NUCHIDO TIME+

Do I need to take the full amount of capsules recommended per day?

We recommend taking the full serving of Nuchido TIME+, which is 3 capsules per day. Take all 3 together with your first meal of the day.

Can I open the capsules?

You can empty the capsules into a small glass of water/juice/yoghurt and consume in this way it will not impact the absorption. However, the powder has quite a strong and bitter taste and it does not fully dissolve so we would advise a smoothie or something disguises the flavour. If you wish to do this, once mixed with the liquid please consume straight away to avoid the active ingredients degrading.

How long will it take before I see any results?

It is hard to answer this question as everyone’s biology is unique, so efficacy will depend on range of factors including an individual’s age and general health. At a cellular level our study has shown that Nuchido TIME+ increased NAD+ levels within just 7 days. You can view our clinical evidence here.

Customer feedback demonstrates that some people notice benefits within a week of using Nuchido TIME+, others don’t see or feel noticeable changes but then on reflection they recognize more subtle benefits.

Do I need to continue to take the product to maintain the benefits?

Taking Nuchido for the initial 3 months will work to restore your NAD+ production pathways and repair damage to your cells caused by NAD+ deficiencies. Due to the mechanism of action of Nuchido we know that if you stop taking it, the positive effects do fade and NAD+ levels will decline again.

How is Nuchido TIME+ different to precursor-based supplements like NR or NMN?

Can you take Nuchido TIME+ while simultaneously taking an NAD+ precursor?

There is no need to take other precursors based supplements (NR, NMN, niacin) alongside Nuchido TIME+.
Nuchido TIME+ is a standalone product that works to switch back on natural NAD+ production pathways and has been proven in human clinical trials to boost cellular NAD+ levels. Our formulation contains the precursor nicotinamide (NAM) which has greater bioavailability than other NAD+ precursors as it does not require a transporter to enter cells.

How is Nuchido TIME+ different from NAD+ injections?

NAD+ injections provide pure NAD+, this has several issues. Firstly cells struggle to absorb whole NAD+ as it is a large and unstable molecule this means the majority of the NAD+ is broken down in the blood and absorbed as precursors.
Secondly, taking pure NAD+ does not fix the root causes of NAD+ decline, potentially causing further cellular dysfunction. There is also no clinical evidence to support the safety or efficacy of NAD+ injections.

Can Nuchido TIME+ be used alongside NAD+ IV infusion?

Nuchido TIME+ works to restore the bodies natural ability to continuously recycle NAD+ as it is used up in the cell. This unique approach means that Nuchido TIME+ may prolong the effects of IV NAD+ infusions to sustain higher NAD+ levels.

Does Nuchido TIME+ cause methyl donor depletion?

Nuchido TIME+ is designed to avoid the methylation problems associated with other NAD+ boosting products that only contain NAD+-precursors.

Can I measure my NAD+ levels?

There aren’t currently any reliable consumer friendly NAD+ testing kits available. This is due to the unstable nature of NAD+ which degrades very easily. In our trials, we partner with academic labs who routinely perform such testing using a technique called mass-spectrometry and all blood is immediately placed on ice to prevent degradation. Are the ingredients in Nuchido TIME+ safe?

Nuchido TIME+ is a food supplement that is compliant with all UK and EU food supplement regulations (we are a UK based company). All of the ingredients in Nuchido TIME+ are classified as safe and have been assessed and approved by the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA).

US Compliance - Nuchido TIME+ is manufactured in the UK at an FDA* registered facility to rigorous pharmaceutical standards. Our facility follows good manufacturing practice (GMP) protocols, to ensure safety, quality and avoidance of contamination.

Do I need to take Nuchido TIME+ with food?

You do not have to take Nuchido TIME+ with food. However, if you suffer from nausea when taking capsules generally, then we recommend they are taken alongside or after food consumption to reduce any potential nausea.

Can I take Nuchido TIME+ alongside my medication?

If you are taking medication, you should always consult your medical professional before taking any supplements.

Can I take Nuchido TIME+ alongside other supplements?

We recommend checking that other supplements don’t contain high levels of the same ingredients as Nuchido TIME+, to avoid exceeding daily recommended limits.

Is Nuchido TIME+ Vegan?

Yes Nuchido TIME+ is both vegan and gluten free.

Do I need to refrigerate Nuchido TIME+?

We recommend you store your Nuchido TIME+ in a cool dry environment below 25°C and out of direct sunlight.

Why does Nuchido TIME+ contain caffeine?

Nuchido TIME+ does not contain any added caffeine. Our formula does contain green tea extract which naturally contains a very small amount of caffeine (less than 1mg per capsule).

Is it safe to order online?

You can be assured that shopping with Nuchido is safe. We use industry-standard encryption systems for potentially sensitive information, such as your name, address and other critically sensitive information like your credit / debit card details. Information passed between your computer and our website cannot be read in the event of someone else intercepting it.

How do I know Nuchido has received my order?

Once you've placed you order, an order confirmation email will be sent to you which will include your order number and a link to track your order; this can take up to 30 minutes to arrive in your inbox. Once our team at the warehouse have processed your order, you will receive a second email to let you know that your order is on its way to you.

Can I make changes to my order? (e.g. address)

As soon as you place an order we are working on it as we aim to complete your orders with top efficiency. Unfortunately this means we will be unable to make any changes as it’s already being processed by our team. If you are on a subscription with us, you can manage your subscription at anytime within your customer account and edit your address or delivery schedule.

Can I cancel my order?

To make sure you receive your order as soon as possible, we'll start processing your order as soon as we receive it. This means that once your order has been placed, you will be unable to cancel or edit it. If you are signed up to a subscription, you can cancel and manage your subscription by logging into your account.

What should I do if I receive a faulty item?

We're sorry to hear that you've received a faulty item. So we can get this sorted for you, please email us at care@nuchido.com with the following info:

  • Your name
  • Your order number
  • Product name & code (this can be found on your order confirmation email)
  • Picture of the fault / incorrect item
Can I exchange my product?

Unfortunately we don't offer an exchange facility.

Can I return my order and get a refund?

We will refund your original payment method if stock is returned unopened and undamaged within 30 days.
Please email care@nuchido.com to notify our team that you are making a return. Unauthorized returns may not be received back into the warehouse.


Return the stock unopened to the following address:

  • Nuchido Inc., United Fulfillment Solutions Inc., 423 Bussen Underground Road, Saint Louis, MO.

It can take a week or so for our warehouse to process a return as they need to check the stock for quality before they can book it back into stock. Please send a copy of the postage receipt as proof of postage to care@nuchido.com.

Refunds can not be made in the event of stock being lost in transit. Please note that we can’t refund delivery/ shipping charges. On confirmation of the stock being booked back in with no issues, we will issue a refund to the original method of payment.

Where do you deliver?

Nuchido can ship to worldwide destinations from our warehouses but please note:

  1. Customer is responsible for ensuring that the product will meet customs requirements on import at the shipping destination country. Additional documentation may be required to import into international destinations, please inform Nuchido if you are aware of any such requirements.
  2. Nuchido is unable to advise what customs charges may be applied to international shipments. Any customs charges are applied at the discretion of the carrier and local laws and all customs charges will be payable by the customer and will not be covered by Nuchido. For more accurate information, we’d suggest getting in touch with your local customs office so you’re not surprised if there are any unexpected delivery charges.
How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are based on your shipping location and are calculated at checkout prior to placing your order.

Where is my order?

You can track your order by following the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.

What are my delivery options?

We currently only offer standard delivery which is estimated to take between 3 - 6 days.

Do I have to pay customs charges for my order?

Unfortunately Nuchido is unable to advise what customs charges may be applied to international shipments. Any customs charges are applied at the discretion of the carrier and local laws and all customs charges will be payable by the customer and will not be covered by Nuchido. For more accurate information, we’d suggest getting in touch with your local customs office so you’re not surprised if there are any unexpected delivery charges at your end.

How do I login to my account?

You can manage your subscription by logging into your customer account. Use the email address and password that you set up when you made your purchase.

Here you can update your shipping address, payment details and your delivery schedule; you have total flexibility to manage your own account details.

What should I do if I’ve forgotten my password?

On your account page click the 'forgot password' option and follow the steps to reset. Still having issues? Email us at care@nuchido.com and we'll see how we can help.

How do I change my password?

Simply log into your account using your current password then follow the steps under the account information section.

How do I change my email address?

Log into your account using your old email address and click on 'edit email address/password' under My Info. Once these changes have been made, hit continue and your changes will be saved.

Why am I experiencing problems when entering my payment details?

This is a 3D Secure payment option that some banks use. 3D Secure is an added layer of security for credit and debit card purchases online. If you have any problems or forget any information, please contact your bank.

How do I unsubscribe from your newsletter?

Just hit 'Unsubscribe' button at the bottom of the email newsletter.

How do I change my saved addresses?

Simply log into your account and click the 'addresses' option. From here you can either create a new one or edit an existing one.

How do I change my saved payment details?

Simply log into your account and click the 'payment details' option and either add, delete or edit your payment options.
